Who am I
Welcome to my portfolio. I was born and brought up in the temple town of Thirupathi, A.P. I am a Graduate of SV University, Tirupathi, and a postgraduate of AP productivity council, Hyderabad. I did Chartered Accountancy articles for three years. I did my Ph.D. in Hospital Administration.
I retired as a General manager after serving for 34 years for Vijaya hospital, Chennai. After retirement Joined SIMS Hospital as a Director of Administration and served for 2 years.
As an author, I have written 17 books on various subjects
Started Sabarmathi Health Retreat and Spiritual center in Chennai in 2019.

Joined as an Office Assistant in 1984 at 120 bedded Vijaya hospital
Entered into an Agreement with Madras Medical Mission in 1986 to start their unit at Vijaya Hospital.Started Heart Institute with Dr.Soloman Victor in1988 at Vijaya Health Center

Promoted as General superintendent in1992 For 350 bedded Hospital.
Installed 3rd MRI machine in Chennai at Vijaya health center.
Initiated to Start Heart Foundation At Vijaya hospital in 1996.
Created a spl. ward for stroke patients which was first of its kind in private hospitals.

Brought Nuclear Medicine Dept. into Vijaya health center
Initiated to start a Cancer center at Vijaya Health center in 2003 and it was inaugurated by then the President of India Dr.Abdhul Kalam

Promoted as General Manager Admin and Finance for 750 bedded Vijaya Group of Hospitals
Started the state of art Orthopaedic Dept in Vijaya health center.in 1999
Applied and got NABH Accreditation Certificate for Vijaya hospitals in 2011
Negotiated and made an amicable settlement with the employees through 11 agreements in 33 years.

Director of Administration
Retired from Vijaya hospitals and Joined SIMS hospital. Initiated to prepare Service Manual for the employees. Improved the patient feedback system by using Tabs to feed the complaints. At the time of leaving the Hospital was made a Zero Complaint Hospital.

Started my own Center for Spiritual and rehabilitation
Had tie-up with JOGO international digital Rehabilitation center. Both OP and IP treatment is available. cottages available for inpatient treatment.
constructed Arogya Perumal Temple in the premises.

AHPI - TN - Founding Member
The Association of Healthcare Providers India(AHPI) is an association of private hospitals in India. It has got around 10,000 hospitals as members. From 2012 I was the office-bearer Of AHPI at the National Level and the founding member of the Tamil Nadu Chapter from 2019.
